What is the difference between the Banbric Building modular concept and conventional building with bricks?
The Banbric Building system consists of vibrated reinforced concrete posts and panels for the walls, as opposed to bricks.
The time with which we are able to build our buildings compared to conventional methods of construction, makes it a very attractive time saving and cost effective option.

Is the Banbric Modular concept a DIY project?
No it is not. Construction of our buildings requires a thorough knowledge of the concept and also registration with the relevant authorities as a builder of our structures. We therefore do not sell the components to anyone considering building one of our structures themselves.
Our teams consist of highly trained workmen to ensure the desired results.

Are Banbric Building structures temporary or permanent?
Banbric Building structures are permanent and should not be confused with dry-walling or other temporary structures.

Can you build houses, classrooms, clinics etc?
Yes, we have all the necessary certification to build such structures. The only difference between our structures and conventional structures is that our walls consists of steel reinforced concrete posts and panels.

In which areas do you build?
Banbric Building is proud to have built buildings nationwide. Our offices are based in Pietermaritzburg, Durban and Pretoria and together we have successfully completed projects in North West province, Western Cape, Gauteng, Free State and Kwa-Zulu Natal.
